WHEN DO I NEED TO BOOK A FLORIST FOR MY WEDDING?

Book the date in as soon as possible, to avoid disappointments. Like all wedding related services, the good ones get booked up fast!

 

WE WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS OUR IDEAS AND OBTAIN A QUOTE?

We recommend that you make an appointment to be able to discuss your wedding ideas in detail with us.  We aim to get back to you with a quote within 10 working days.

 

WE LIVE ABROAD, HOW CAN WE DISCUSS OUR IDEAS?

We can do Skype/Facetime or simply communicate over email.

 

DO I HAVE TO CHOOSE MY FLOWERS STRAIGHT AWAY?

No, we can put together a preliminary quote, but we can finalise the actuals nearer the time.  We just ask for a payment of £250 to secure the date.

 

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE MEETING?

Please bring as much information as possible.  This can include pictures, swatches, photographs of the venue, and photographs of any flowers that you love.

 

CAN YOU DELIVER SOME OF THE BUTTONHOLES TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?

Yes we can if not too far.  Just let us know your plans on logistics and we can help where possible.

 

MY MOTHER DOES NOT WANT TO PUT A PIN THOUGH HER OUTFIT. HOW CAN WE GET AROUND THIS?

We can make ladies corsages on magnets, we just need to have confirmation that the wearer does not have a pacemaker.

 

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

Your wedding day is so important to us, and we put a lot of effort in to making the flowers one less thing for you to worry about so we ask for a minimum order value of £600 so we can get cracking from the outset.  Please get in touch as we may still be able to fit you in.

 

WHAT TIME WILL MY FLOWERS BE DELIVERED?

We normally deliver approximately 2 hours prior to the ceremony but if you prefer the delivery earlier this can be discussed prior to your wedding date.

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY THE FINAL BALANCE?

Once you are happy with your quote an invoice will be raised and payment is due 3 weeks before your special day.

 

HOW MANY WEDDINGS DO YOU DO PER DAY?

We do a maximum of two but depending on the size of your order, yours may be the only wedding that day or even that week.

 

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR FLOWERS FROM?

We try to source from local growers where possible, or from Holland if not avaiable in the UK

 

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

We know that all the planning can be a bit stressful so if you've forgotten something or want to change a few things it's no problem, just let us know and we'll adjust your order.  We can only do this up until you've paid your balance so please don't leave it right until the last minute.

 

ARE THERE ANY LIMITATIONS TO WHAT I CAN HAVE?

Unfortunately yes, however we recommend using seasonal flowers, so that you get the best quality.  Please also bear in mind that there could be colour variations to your flowers, but we always try our best to get the exact match where possible.

 

WHAT IF YOUR CAN'T GET A SPECIFIC FLOWER?

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to source a specific flower. If this is the case we will let you know immediately and substitute it for the most similar flower available.

 

CAN WE KEEP THE FLOWERS AFTER THE WEDDING?

Yes, we will only take back any hired items such as vases and other equipment.

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY THE OUTSTANDING BALANCE?

We will need your outstanding balance 3 weeks before your wedding date

 

HOW CAN I PAY?

We only accept BACs transfer

 

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR BREAKAGES?

Yes, we will charge the cost price of the item.  We take a £150 cash deposit.

 

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes we are. We can present the certificate to you should you wish to see it.
